ixbat Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the ixbat platform and the person using the site ("User" or "Player"). Accessing, registering on, or using any service on the ixbat website (ixbat.cam) means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

ixbat is an online casino and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh. The platform includes a variety of entertainment services such as slot games, live casino, cricket betting, badminton, Panda Dragon Boat, and more. These Terms apply to all of the services listed above.

We reserve the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, ixbat will make reasonable efforts to notify users.

To open an account and use services on ixbat, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must register under your own identity; opening an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account on ixbat.
• You must use the platform of your own free will and independently.
• Accounts may not be opened from regions where online gambling is completely prohibited.

ixbat may request a government-issued ID or other documents at any time to verify age. Providing false information about age may result in account forfeiture.

3.1 Registration Process

When registering on ixbat, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If any personal details change, update your account immediately or notify the support team. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You should not give anyone access to your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify ixbat support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ixbat follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any of the following documents may be requested to verify your identity before deposits or withdrawals are processed:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account details)

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete.

All rules regarding transactions on ixbat are given below. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Additional Deposit Conditions

• Funds may only be deposited from a payment account registered in your own name.
• If a third-party payment source is used, that transaction may be cancelled and the funds returned.
• Requests to cancel a deposit are not accepted once it has been processed.

4.2 Additional Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.
• The withdrawal amount must be above the minimum limit of ৳1,000.
• ixbat reserves the right to temporarily hold and investigate any withdrawal request suspected of fraud.

ixbat offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Please consider the following general conditions before accepting any offer:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (bonus amount × 20).
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Certain restrictions may apply to games played using a bonus balance.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• ixbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each promotion has its own expiry and conditions — check them before accepting an offer.

The ixbat VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to the next tier based on your activity and regularity on the platform.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum Tier: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP tier benefits and cashback amounts may change at ixbat's discretion. VIP status may be downgraded in case of inactivity or breach of terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ixbat platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or allowing anyone to share an account.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions (Bonus Abuse).
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff.
• Using funds from illegal sources.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, ixbat may immediately suspend the account, seize the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Game Fairness

ixbat uses games from certified software providers only. All game outcomes are controlled by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased results. No manual intervention is made in ixbat game outcomes.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is abnormal due to a software or server error, the related transaction may be cancelled and the bet amount refunded. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will be considered void.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any matter, please contact the ixbat support team first. The time limit for raising a dispute is 30 calendar days from the date of the incident. Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted.

• Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information is used only for service delivery, KYC verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.
• You have the right to request deletion of your data, though in some cases information may need to be retained for a set period for legal reasons.

ixbat treats responsible gambling as a top priority. We want our platform to be used for entertainment purposes only — never as a solution to financial problems.

• You can set deposit limits on your own account.
• A Self-Exclusion option is available to temporarily close your account for a set period.

ixbat reserves the right to close or suspend any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected.
• If registration was done using a false identity or false information.
• In the case of extended inactivity (specific time limits apply).
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

Prior to account closure, any valid balance (where no breach of terms has occurred) will be returned via the relevant payment method.

There is a risk of financial loss when gambling through the ixbat platform. ixbat is not responsible for such losses, as users participate of their own free will. ixbat bears no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Cyberattacks or unauthorized access where the user has themselves disclosed their credentials.
• Losses caused by faults in third-party software or providers.
• Missed gaming opportunities due to unexpected service downtime.

All content on the ixbat website — logos, designs, text, games, software, code, and graphics — is the intellectual property of ixbat or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and any disputes relating to the use of the ixbat platform will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the ixbat operating authority is registered. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the matter may be brought before an appropriate legal forum.
